If you forgot your password, just click the “forgot my password” button on the login screen. It will automatically reset your password and send you an email to create a new one. For your convenience, we recommend using the social login. That way no password is needed.

You can reach our customer support the quickest via the chatbot in the lower left corner of every page. If you prefer, you can also fill in the Questions & Feedback form.

All tutors will need to plan an interview with our staff. They will be asked questions and made familiar with the platform. If all is well, a few days later they will be given the status ‘verified’ and they appear in the tutor cards list.

If you sign up with social media, we do not send a confirmation. If you are missing other emails from us, check your Junk and Spam folders in your email inbox.

No. Due to data protection rights, tutors can not see the student’s info before the student seeks contact. Once the student sends a message to the tutor, their email address will be visible.

There will be a de-activation or deletion option in your account section, but if that is not yet available, please send a request for either de-activation or deletion of your profile to [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Tutors and students message about suitable price and time, after which the tutor sends an invitation.

For 1:1 or group tutoring, you should be over 18 and have professional teaching skills. In addition, you must have a high school diploma and demonstrated advanced proficiency in the subject. After your registration, a screening interview will follow, which will decide whether you are allowed to give tutoring via eQualifai.

Apply via the website by creating a tutor account. Complete the account profile and click the link to schedule an interview with our staff.

Students can choose a tutor from the list of tutors that match their criteria and message the tutor to check availability and price for one-on-one or group lessons.

Please contact your tutor for the applicable cancelation policy. You must give notice of any rescheduling at least 4 hours before the start of the lesson.

At the moment we do not support payments over the platform yet. This is planned to be in place end of January 2023.
